Wear protection even when we are going to walk on cloudy days. Neither fog nor clouds protect us from the rays of the sun.

In addition, it must be remembered that the higher the altitude, the faster the skin is burned with the sun. And even more when the summer begins because that is when UV rays can cause the most damage to the skin.

Avoid surfaces that reflect light, such as water, sand, concrete, snow, and white painted areas.

Use pamela, caps, sunglasses, T-shirts and white clothing. Remember that glasses must protect both UVA and UVB.

Do not use sun lamps or tanning beds (tanning salons). Spending 15 to 20 minutes in a tanning salon is as dangerous as spending a day in the sun. In the video you can see that it is one of the first causes of cancer in both women and men.

It is important to remember that we wear sunscreen several times a day, usually every hour and a half or every two hours. And more in case we get into the water.

 And it is recommended that we never use protectors below 30 FPS. It is not just about avoiding to burn but to protect our skin and our organism.

There are sunscreens on the market with antimosquitos together but it is better not to use this type of products because the protector should be applied several times a day and however the repellent should not be used many times. It is counterproductive.

In case there is sensitivity to the sunscreens you can use a mineral such as zinc oxide or titanium dioxide.

Use sunscreen whenever you go outside, not only when you want to go to the beach or sunbathe. If we walk on the street or sit down to have a drink on a terrace also we touch the sun and it affects just as if we were lying in the sun at the seashore. And you should always put 30 minutes before going outside to take effect. It is the time the skin needs to absorb the shield and thus protect it.
